  • Can I return my product if I did not like it?
    Unfortunately, we cannot receive returned products: you would have to dispose of it. We are sorry for the inconvenience! However, we can refund you if you have not washed your products or used it, or your product has a physical damage (ex. your mask does not have ear strap on one side). Please email customer@19thair.com if you would like a refund and did not wash or used your products. Send us a picture of your product if it has a physical damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, sorry. We do not ship internationally. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
  • How do I take care of my mask?
    You can take care of your mask by washing it with tap water and laundry detergent or soap. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove detergent or soap. Or, you can add your mask to your laundry. To dry your mask, simply dry it in a hot dryer, or hang it in direct sun light.
  • How do I take care of my beanie / toque?
    You can take care of your beanie by washing it in cold tap water, squeeze it tightly, then let it air dry.
